A multi-tenant SaaS platform connecting branded messages, team targeting, subscription controls, and Electron agents on managed Windows desktops.
The challenge
Brand Enforcer needed a unified way for organizations to manage desktops, deliver branded pop-up messages, track activity, and support monthly billing based on billable agents.
What we built
Tech Monkeys connected a Next.js web portal and Node.js/MySQL backend with an Electron Windows agent. Administrators configure branded templates, urgent alerts, team targeting, and recurring schedules. Organization and team installers support silent deployment through PowerShell/CMD, while suppression intervals control repeated messages.

- Customer workspaces, platform administration, and desktop agents in one multi-tenant product.
- Team assignment, agent restore controls, and an approval queue for devices beyond subscription allowances.
- Agent status, license counts, message history, and self-service subscription visibility.
- User roles and two-factor authentication support.
